WHO IS THE ASYLUM?
An asylum seeker is a person who has left his country and sought refuge in another country to be protected from persecution and gross human rights violations, but is not yet legally recognized as a refugee and awaits the outcome of his asylum application.

WHO IS A REFUGEE?
According to the Geneva Refugee Convention, the concept of refugee is defined as follows;  is a person who is unable or unwilling to return to their country due to fear of being persecuted because of race, religion, nationality, identity, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND REFUGEES 

The many human rights recognized everywhere are directly applicable to refugees.

These include the right to life, protection from torture and ill-treatment, the right to citizenship, the right to freedom of movement, the right to leave and return to the country, and the right not to be returned by force.

 

These rights apply to all citizens and non-citizens.including the incision, the Nationalmaker of the Inter-Law of Human Rights Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Covenant on Political and Civil Rights, International Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in their contracts certified.
